How do I set up an account on Triconville?

How do I place an order?

You can either place your order online here or over the phone, the choice is yours. If you want to shop online:

  • Create My Account by clicking the button on the top right page
  • Go to the product page that you love
  • Choose the amount of the items you want to buy and click Add to Cart button
  • Select your payment method and click Checkout
  • Enter your payment details on the secure page
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed successfully

Do you have a showroom? Can I personally go and buy items from the showroom?

Yes, our studio is open from Mondays to Fridays including most public holidays.

The opening hours are as follows:

Mon-Fri: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm

Sat, Sun, PH: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

We take bank transfer payments to our BCA and Bank Mandiri accounts as well as VISA/Mastercard. Credit cards: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Is it possible for me to change or cancel an order?

We proceed your order right away after you it got submitted into our data. This means that changes or cancellations are not always possible. With all of this in mind, we do understand that sometimes mistakes can happen, so you may contact our Customer Service directly to make a request for a change or cancellation. Change applies only for 3 days from the date you place the order. We will try our best efforts to apply your request change.

What if my furniture is damaged or defective?

I received the product but it's not to my liking. Can I return it?

Why are certain fabrics available on some designs, but not others?

Most of our fabric options are available on all designs in our collection. On a select few designs, we have limited the set of available fabrics based on our experience of the materials that wear best on the specific piece. If there is a fabric in our assortment that is not available on the sofa or chair you are considering, please give us a call and we will be happy to recommend an option.

8-10 weeks for custom furniture and 1-2 weeks for instock items.

Will everything in my order be delivered together?

What if I am not available during working hours/appointed delivery slot?

If you are not able to receive your order, you can authorize someone to receive the goods on your behalf. Please make sure that the authorized person checks the condition of the delivered item and premises before signing off on the delivery order. We will not accept any discrepancies reported after delivery order has been signed clean.
