Returns –
1- If you happen to receive a damaged or defective Product, or a Product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you can return it on the spot, at the time of delivery.
2 – You can return an item if there is any manufacturing defect for a refund within 7 days of delivery. You can receive a full refund in the form of store credit or cash. If necessary, we’ll pick up the item at a scheduled time. With this option, returns are completely free—meaning we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
Care
The fact that there is no moisture absorption results in quick-drying action, little sensitivity in staining, and simplicity in cleaning, Batyline fabrics can be cleaned by just a wisp of sponge with soapy water. Scouring agents and solvents are to be strictly avoided.
